Dominican Sisters Family Health Service, a non-profit home health agency, provides compassionate, comprehensive and family focused home care to persons in need, including the poor, marginalized, and the elderly. As a community based, certified agency, special emphasis is given to the health and social needs of the community. Its programs and services promote health, independence, and quality of life. The AIDS Home Care Program is a Long Term Home Health Care Program for persons living with AIDS. It provides all the services of the LTHHCP without a cap. Care is complex and challenging, requiring excellent case management. Education programs and mental health consultation are available to meet patient and staff needs.
