The Refugees Reception Center in Rukla is a state sponsored institution for the temporary stay, provision of special social services for the foreigners living in the Center and social integration programs for foreigners granted asylum, including vulnerable groups - unaccompanied minors, pregnant women, tortured people, people with mental disorder, people of the retirement age, disabled people, & not full families with minors.
