The Family Health Center at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary health care services to patients along a continuum of care which includes health promotion, disease prevention, urgent care, continuity ambulatory care services and specialty clinics (HIV/AIDS, diabetes).
